WTBB ( Walking The Brecon Beacons) held a mental health talk and walk at Garwnant. Jacqui Rafferty kindly started the the morning with a mental health talk and spoke about five pillars of wellbeing. It was a lovely start to the morning and friends new and old got chatting.( Link to 5 pillars below)

Following the talk the group had a wander around the trails at followed by refreshments at the on site cafe. Positive feedback from all that attended.
The group plans to hold many more events since recently becoming a CIC. They will include more talk & walks, mental health first aid, first aid, navigation, other outdoor activities and various ability guided walks.
