Janine Price

With over 10 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, Janine has supported clients across Wales and the UK to reclaim their vitality through informed, practical, and empowering practices. Her approach is holistic and rooted in evidence — focusing not just on food, but on stress, sleep, movement and mindset.

Janine is known for her warm, motivating style and her ability to make complex science easy to understand. She founded JaninePrice.wales to help people move away from diets and toward sustainable, long-term health. Through Wellsynergy, she expands that vision — combining clinical insight with Wales’ stunning natural spaces to support clients in a truly holistic way.

Chris has spent more than two decades leading individuals and teams through transformative outdoor experiences in the mountains, along coastal trails, and across wild Welsh terrain.

A qualified Mountain Leader and founder of ROC Adventure, Chris brings a wealth of experience in outdoor safety, group dynamics, and nature-based wellbeing. He has led hundreds of walks and team development days — from gentle wellbeing walks to corporate challenges and wilderness retreats.

His expertise includes:

  • Corporate and team wellbeing planning

Chris’s calm, grounded presence creates a sense of safety and trust. Whether he’s guiding a quiet woodland walk or hosting a retreat session by the fire, his ability to hold space and facilitate growth is what makes Wellsynergy experiences truly powerful.

Why They Created Wellsynergy

Chris and Janine saw a gap: people were either turning to clinical solutions without lifestyle support, or they were exploring wellness without real evidence or structure. Wellsynergy was born from the desire to bridge that gap — to create a place where scientific precision and natural healing meet.

Together, Janine & Chris offer over 20 years of combined experience - creating a well rounded, supportive environment where people feel seen, guided and empowered to take charge of their wellbeing.
