At the start of my health and fitness transformation nine years ago I started cleansing and have maintained a healthy weight, healthy skin, a healthy muscle mass, healthy visceral fat, better joint health, physical & emotional wellbeing throughout my forties. I cleanse four times each year ( I call it my seasonal reset) to reset my body and to keep me healthy and active. I love the increased feeling of energy, losing any bloating and brain fog. It helps my skin glow. Skin is our largest organ so to have it healthy from head to toe I feel very fortunate.

I am often asked what the secret is but there isn't one. I simply look after my gut health daily, cleanse my body with a nutritionally balanced program each season and follow body composition vs outdated BMI.

According to outdated BMI,I am considered to be borderline obese which is ridiculous. Since turning forty, I started an holistic approach to my health - following an eighteen year history of having a chronic skin condition, joint issues and auto immune disease. It transformed my life and I have been able to maintain it throughout my forties for nine years. In 2025 I will turn fifty and can honestly say I feel as fit and healthy as I was in my early twenties before being diagnosed with the conditions out of the blue. I had no history of any issues as a child or teenager. It was like being on a rollercoaster for eighteen long years. It impacted my physical and emotional wellbeing.

I am grateful to have found what has worked for me and have remained medication free since 2015 and believe it will give me the best longevity possible. I feel fortunate for sharing gut health & body composition and to have helped help many others improve many health issues, set realistic health & fitness goals. I have many clients that have also achieved life transformations that have appeared in newspapers and magazines in addition to my own. I thoroughly enjoy my work and lifestyle.
