Improving my joint issues helped me improve and enjoy my new hobby 🏄🏻‍♀️ 🌊

During Covid, I pounded the roads running too much and aggravated psoriatic arthritis in my knee. This was frustrating as my personal goal is to increase muscle and bone mass which is very important at my age (menopause ahead) and for someone with an eighteen-year history of chronic psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

I found a new hobby with stand-up paddle-boarding when restrictions were lifted but it wasn’t really any good and initially it aggravated the issues in my knee due to kneeling more than standing.
